FAQ

Questions we get before every project

We are the exclusive Glovis partner for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and Scandinavia, and the exclusive Vivisport distributor in Germany. We deliver across Europe and organise installation with our own and partner crews depending on the country.

Yes. Playground equipment is manufactured and certified to EN 1176, with surfacing to EN 1177. Sport equipment complies with the relevant UNI EN standards: UNI EN 748 for football goals, UNI EN 1270 for basketball, UNI EN 1271 for volleyball. Certificates are supplied with the quotation, not after the order.

Yes. Because we work directly with the production lines, dimensions, colours, material combinations and layouts can be adapted to the site and to your budget. Send us the plan and we will propose two or three variants.

Catalogue items are usually available within a few weeks; custom production is planned around your construction schedule. Because we sit inside the supply chain, the lead time we give you is the one the factory is actually working to.

We do. We provide the technical specifications, certificates, drawings and price structures municipal procurement teams need, and we are used to working within tender timelines and framework contracts.

Spare parts come from the same producers, so a bearing, a rope or a panel can be replaced years later without redesigning the unit. We can also advise on inspection intervals and maintenance routines after handover.
